Important information to review before selecting your floor plan: Room Type specifies number of residents in the Bedroom of the Suite or Apartment. Horizon Hall includes apartment style units and is designated for upperclassmen, while Summit Hall is designated for first year students.

 

Summit Hall - First-Year UWB Students

Our shared double or triple suites in Summit Hall are ready to welcome you home. Summit Hall is focused on housing all first-year students wanting to live on-campus.  Summit Hall includes a large community lounge on the first floor where students can meet and mingle during programming hosted by the Residence Life team, community kitchen, floor lounges, and study rooms on each floor.  This is a perfect option for students who are looking to live on campus, participate in events, and connect with new friends in a space with a strong sense of community and unbeatable convenience. 


Forest Hall - UWB & Cascadia College Students

Forest Hall was designed for upperclass students as it offers the pace for socialization when you want it and privacy when you need it, all in a brand-new building. Residents come for the convenience and stay for the community. Forest Hall offers private room options in the four-bedroom and one-bedroom floor plan and shared room options in the two-bedroom floor plan. The building also hosts a large community lounge on the first floor, centralized mail and package services for the  entirety  of the Residential Village, floor lounges, and study rooms on each floor.
 

Horizon Hall - UWB & Cascadia College Students

Say goodbye to lengthy commutes and embrace a vibrant community tailored for upperclass, transfer, and graduate students. Horizon Hall provides easy access to campus events with the convenience of  independent  living with its full apartments. Units feature a kitchen, living area, dining area, and shared or private bedrooms, all fully furnished, and steps away from the heart of campus.   Residents can enjoy the perks of private rooms in the four-bedroom floor plan and studio apartments or opt for shared rooms in the two-bedroom floor plan. Designed specifically for upperclass students, our living spaces in Horizon Hall strike the perfect balance between socialization and privacy in a brand-new building.
